Motivate yourself!
- Tell yourself you will do a good job today.
Ask yourself
- What tone of voice will I use? Strong, relaxed, friendly, adamant, or lazy, dismotivated, just-barely-getting-by?
- How is my posture? Am I slouching, laid back, head-first, or straight, with head suspended?
Am I breathing? How am I breathing?
